All visa application centres have step-free access for wheelchairs. Applicants who have a disability or who have accessibility requirements are encouraged to bring someone to assist them. Lifts are also accessible for use where necessary. Please note that Gerry’s staff will be available to assist any applicant with special needs.

For security reasons we cannot allow the applicant's friends or family into the visa application centre. Applicants under 16 and disabled applicants will be able to bring someone to assist them. All applicants visiting the visa application centre will be subject to a security search. All personal items such as bags, mobile phones, cigarette lighters, liquids and weapons are banned and access will be denied to those found in possession of such items. This list is not finite. Other items may be prohibited based on security staff discretion.
Please note: The visa application centre is unable to store prohibited items. Applicants should make other arrangements to store their belongings before they enter the visa application centre.
The Data Protection Act prevents the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service, the Irish Honorary Consul in Pakistan and Gerry’s from providing information about an application to anybody other than the individual visa applicant or their authorised representative.
